INTERNATIONELL VERKSAMHET
Kost och Näring har ett mångårigt samarbete med dietistföreningar
runt världen.
Birgit Josefson är huvudansvarig för föreningens internationella
kontakter.
Ett regelbundet erfarenhetsutbyte med kollegor från andra länder är
viktigt för föreningens och yrkets utveckling.
Vi går mot en ökad internationalisering där möjligheten
till arbete i andra länder är en intressant utveckling.

Attention:
Dietitians who want to learn more about Food Allergy
Food & Allergy Consulting & Testing Services (FACTS) distributes
an educational article on allergies and intolerances every second month,
called the Allergy Advisor Educational Review. The subsribers are mainly
dietitians, but also other health professionals. This article is free
of charge, and focuses on a different topic each month (all relating
to allergies and/or intolerances), and is illustrated by a case study.
The case study is presented with a step-by-step guide on how to deal
with such a case. and an information piece on the allergy/intolerance
in question. The article is compiled by a dietitian and the editors are
Dr. Harris Steinman and Prof. Janice Joneja. Previous issues can be accessed

We would like to reach as many dietitians as possible with this Review
to create better insight and a wider knowledge of this field. Would it
